Dba Vancouver All Terrain Adventures and Extreme Limousine, it is our goal to offer our customers a carefree vacation experience by providing expert advice, superior service, and quality products throughout British Columbia complemented by a strong commitment to accommodate individual traveller choices. As a result, and in our efforts to best serve you, we collect and maintain certain personal information about you such as your name, address and telephone number. At the same time, we recognize and respect your privacy and strive to protect the trust you have placed in Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. We fully support and are committed to complying with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, the new Canadian legislation enacted to protect the privacy of the individual. We have developed this Privacy Protection Policy of which the objective is to specify the guidelines for governing the collection and use of personal information by Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd.

At Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. we take seriously the responsibility we have for protecting all personal information we hold or have under our control, including your personal information, that with your permission, we pass on to other suppliers to make your reservation. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

It is the responsibility of our Privacy Protection Officer to ensure our constant compliance with legislation and this policy. Also, it is the responsibility of the Privacy Protection Officer to make sure that the personal information entrusted with us is secure and will not be used for purposes other than what is necessary to offer the service our clients deserve.

By disclosing your personal information to us through a travel agent, over the telephone, in writing or in person with a customer service representative of Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. or using our website, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. as stated in this Privacy Protection Policy.

How can I access the personal information Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. has about me?

We will establish and maintain a file of personal information about each Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. customer. Your file will be kept by us and will be accessible to you. Only Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. employees, agencies and advisors who need access to your file in the course of their duties and for the purposes identified will be given access to it.

Our Privacy Protection Officer will receive and respond to your inquiries and complaints regarding the protection and privacy of your personal information. You have the right to access your file and to request rectification of any personal information in it that may be obsolete, incomplete or incorrect. Your request for access may be made in writing to the Privacy Protection Officer at our offices in Vancouver.

We will take steps to validate the identity of the person making the request to ensure we do not provide information to anyone not authorized to receive it. We may use your personal information to do so. We may charge you a reasonable administration fee for providing access to your file in accordance with your request. Normally we will respond to your request within 30 days of receiving it.
