All Terrain operates the newest and most luxurious fleet of SUVs, Hybrid Sedan SUVs and Executive Vans in the region.  All our drivers are first class tour guides who, if desired, can provide you with a tour along the way. For limousine, mini coach and bus quotes, please call or email us directly.

Vehicles come equipped with complimentary bottled water, Whistler village maps, Whistler/Blackcomb trail maps and loaner umbrellas.

Vehicles can be stocked with loaner fleece blankets, coolers of your favorite food and beverage or whatever else you desire upon request. Food and beverages are provided at cost plus a small service fee for pick up and preparation depending on what it is.

Enclosed roof boxes for additional luggage and sports equipment can be provided at no charge and upon request. Note: some vehicles come equipped with enclosed roof boxes year round. If you would prefer a vehicle with or without a roof box, simply let us know at the time of booking.

A cargo trailer can be supplied for excess luggage and sports equipment for:

$100 for a Whistler transfer

$50 for a Vancouver transfer

$125 for a Seattle transfer

Retail Rate Conditions

1. Fuel Surcharges

As of November 1, 2008, there is no fuel surcharge.

 

A 4% fuel surcharge will be added if fuel prices exceed $1.25/litre for more than 2 weeks.

 

An additional 4% surcharge is added for every .20/litre increase if sustained for more than 2 weeks, thereafter.

2. Airport Fees/Pick-up Drop Charges

Add $6.75 for Airport Parking Fee for pick-ups at YVR (Sedan/Van/SUV). 

 

Add $10.00 USD for Airport Parking Fee for pick-ups at SeaTac. 

 

Additional charges will be applied for delays, waiting time or extra stops.

3. Victoria Services

Vehicle Ferry fees return        Sedan/SUV    $90.00        Van    $130.00

 

Add $13 per person each way for Ferry charges (including the driver).

 

Add $25 for each Ferry reservation.

4. Gratuity/Taxes

A 15% driver gratuity is NOT included but can be upon request.

 

A 5% Goods and Service Tax will be added to the total.

5. Responsibility Clause

Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. dba Vancouver All Terrain Adventures and Extreme Limousine is not responsible for delays due to flight changes, immigration, weather, lost or damaged luggage, road or traffic conditions.  Additional charges will be applied for delays, waiting time or extra stops. 

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours are at full charge unless it is a change or there are additions with more than 6 hours notice, then there is no charge.  No charge for cancellations outside of 24 hours.
