Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd., dba Vancouver All Terrain Adventure and Extreme Limousine provides live on-line service to specific travel agency affiliations and the general consumer.  Agencies provide valuable service and counseling to travelers, it is recommended that bookings are made through these agencies. Travel confirmation information will be generated on-line only when full payment has been received by Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. All tour prices listed are in Canadian funds.

Online Reservations
All bookings are real-time requests for availability and once booked will be reserved in real time from allocated inventory unless otherwise specified. The confirmation information generated shall serve as your clients receipt for services purchased and should be printed and stored in a safe place. The confirmation information shall serve as the clients travel document and changes or cancellations will require the reservation number in order to be effected. If the booking is cancelled after acceptance of confirmation cancellation polices apply.

Payment Policies
All tours and excursions require full payment upon booking and shall be deemed as fully paid upon receipt of confirmation and meeting instructions information by the Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. system. Charges will appear on credit card statements as Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd.

The person paying for the tour/package does not have to be one of the traveling participants. However, it is the agent’s responsibility to ensure that any credit card being used for the transaction is not being used in a fraudulent way.  A charge back fee of $25.00 USD will apply for each disputed charge or for insufficient funds on checks.
  
Commissions and Service Fees
Commission will not be paid on taxes, surcharges or fees. Commission statements will be sent out within 30 days of client travel.

Change Fees for Package Tours
Changes may be made online or by Contacting Us , subject to the terms and conditions included in the confirmation. Please insure that you read the terms and agree to them during the reservation process by checking the box. There are no change fees when changes are made online and accepted by the Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. system.

Cancellation Policy for Package Tours
Payments are fully refundable for online cancellations made and accepted on the Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. system subject to the cancellation policy and only if the cancellation is more than 24 hours prior to any service. This information should be reviewed during the reservation process. Fees incurred as a result of cancellation cannot be applied to future bookings. Passengers who fail to join the tour or are a “no show” will not receive a refund.

Refund Policy
Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. reserves the right to cancel all or part of a tour in its reasonable discretion in response to insufficient sales. If  Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. cancels the entire tour, you will receive a full refund.  If an operator for Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. cancels a portion of a tour due to weather or other reasons beyond the control of Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. only that portion of the tour cost will be refundable, subject to the operator’s cancellation policy.  If a participant decides, for any reason whatsoever, not to participate in all or part of the tour, Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. will not be required to make any refunds. For other partial cancellations by Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. or its suppliers, you will receive a refund for the value of the cancelled portion, with value to be determined by Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. in a fair and equitable manner. Refunds are processed by the main office of Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. All refunds will be made through you the travel agent and processed on the original form of payment.

Special Requirements
We seek, to the extent feasible, to accommodate the needs of participants with disabilities so that they are able to enjoy our tours. Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers if prior arrangements have been made at time of booking. Other animals are at the discretion of the service supplier. Although Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. endeavors to make sure that other persons or companies providing services or portions of the tour satisfy their obligations under applicable law, Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. cannot guarantee that all of those services or portions will be fully accessible to those participants with disabilities. It is essential that we be notified of any special medical, physical or other requirements your clients may have at the time of booking.

Increase in Fares, Fees, Fuel Surcharges, Taxes and Changes in Tour Content
Prices quoted are subject to increase should cost factors dictate the need; Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. may do so at any time. If a governmental authority or vendor increases fees or taxes,  Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. reserves the right to pass on those increases. Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. reserves the right to alter the tours listed on this web site or substitute a tour or component of a tour with a tour or component of comparable value (including hotels of a similar category).

Baggage & Valuables Policy
Two pieces of stored luggage per person are allowed on transfers. Additional luggage requirements should be identified at the time of the booking so appropriate arrangements can be made.  During your travel, you should not leave money, jewelry or other valuables left lying in hotels, on buses, or elsewhere.  Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to perishable items, medicine, liquor, cash, gold, silver, jewelry, film, videotape, video equipment, binoculars, computers, computer equipment, cameras, or similar valuables, securities, financial instruments, or other valuable documents. Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. is also not responsible for any carry-on baggage left unattended in vehicles or on other modes of transportation or in hotels.

Immigration and Customs
All United States and Canadian citizens are required to have in their possession a valid passport or one of the following as proof of citizenship; photo ID and a recently expired passport; a birth certificate, original or a certified copy and photo ID; a U.S. naturalization certificate and photo ID. Citizens of other countries must carry a valid passports and any necessary entry/re-entry Visas. If you have been convicted of a felony, you will not be permitted to enter Canada or the United States

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in Alpine 4x4 Charter Ltd. tour pricing unless you as the agent or the client requests it.  Should you choose to provide a gratuity to someone who has provided you with exceptional service please do so.
